A 20-year-old Kenosha man was charged with eight misdemeanor counts after he allegedly attacked his girlfriend twice this month—on August 10 he slapped, dragged, and broke her phone, and on August 26 he smashed her windshield with a brick and pinned her by the neck until relatives intervened.
