- ➤ SiFi Networks completed its citywide fiber installation in Kenosha on time and under budget, with minor cleanup remaining; officials say the high-speed network positions the city as a smart city — boosting future economic development. WLIP

- ➤ Wilmot staff shaved their heads on Jan. 8 at Wilmot Union High School auditorium during the Shave the Brave event (a fundraiser for childhood cancer) that brought cheers and laughter to the community. Kenosha News
