- ➤ Indian Trail High School and Academy informed families on Thursday, Jan. 29 about a student walkout during sixth period in response to recent events in Minneapolis; classroom instruction continued as scheduled and attendance rules were enforced. - ➤ Kenosha invites local students in grades 4K to 12 to design an 'I Voted' sticker for the Spring Election. Entries must feature original artwork free of political statements, be submitted by Feb. 20, and winning designs will be printed + used at polling places. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ Yesterday, Kenosha’s Historic Preservation Commission (voted 4-1) blocked demolition of the nearly 100-year-old former Eagles Club in downtown, and city officials along with the Madrigrano family are set to meet about saving the building before a demolition permit is granted in six months. WGTD
