- ➤ The Katherine Marks Legacy Foundation will honor her legacy on Sunday, Mar. 22 at Kenosha Civil War Museum with a (CommuniTEA) awards program starting at 5 p.m. and a torch-lighting at dusk. - ➤ Federal officials found no major impacts in a draft review of the proposed Hard Rock casino near I-94, advancing the Menominee Indian Tribe and Hard Rock International project; public comments are open, and officials will decide if the land will be placed into trust before governor approval. - ➤ Residential garbage collection in Kenosha is starting later today after heavy winds and snow on March 16 prevented waste transfers to the landfill.
