- ➤ Governor Tony Evers signed Gail’s Law Thursday to require insurers to cover supplemental breast cancer screenings for high-risk women, reducing costly out-of-pocket fees. Rep. - ➤ Governor Tony Evers signed a bill that extends postpartum Medicaid benefits to one year for new mothers — the expanded coverage will begin on July 1 pending federal approval and aims to improve maternal and infant health outcomes. WLIP
