CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Several police groups in Kenosha County chased a stolen work truck Tuesday evening on I-94 north of the state line—cameras and spike strips forced the driver into a wall—and he will face many felony charges in a court hearing at 1 p.m. today. TMJ-4
- ➤ Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie law enforcement arrested a suspect on Wednesday after a stolen work truck with fake license plates led to a multi-agency chase that ended on Interstate 94 just north of the border—officers used spike strips to disable the vehicle. WLIP
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Terminal Exhale, a verbatim play built from interviews with trauma specialists, opened yesterday at Carthage College—its script shows how gun violence affects health care workers and urges greater gun safety. WGTD
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Kenosha County Executive Samantha Kerkman was elected president of the Wisconsin County Executives and Administrators Association for a two-year term. She will work with county leaders to share ideas and support local government concerns—officials from Washington, Brown, Door, Outagamie and Lincoln counties will join her. WLIP
