  • A missing Kenosha father and his 3-year-old son were found safe Friday night after police issued an alert at 8:36 a.m. when the pair were seen on video in Chicago—authorities thanked community members for their help.  Kenosha County Eye

EDUCATION NEWS

  • School officials held a roundtable in Racine on Mar. 28 to discuss how unclear state funding is driving property tax hikes that strain public schools. At the meeting, Kenosha Unified Superintendent Jeff Weiss said the tax increases stem from lower state aid (not big spending increases) and local leaders urged lawmakers to fix the confusing formula.  WGTD
