  • Jessica Phillips, manager at RK News Hallmark store at 5914B 75th St in Kenosha, hosts a book drive that collects gently used books for the Kenosha Literacy Council+local Little Libraries through mid-June. Donated books will be sold at a sidewalk sale on June 21+all proceeds will support the Literacy Council.  Kenosha News
  • Three Kenosha police officers were honored for saving the life of a man found not breathing — local officials recognized their swift response that stabilized him.  Kenosha News
  • The City of Kenosha will honor three community leaders by planting trees on Friday, April 25—Pontillo, Marks, and Frederick—in memory. The ceremonies will start at 1 p.m. at Anderson Park, 2 p.m. at Lincoln Park, and 3 p.m. near Fire Station 4.  Kenosha News
