- ➤ A 22-year-old man from Pleasant Prairie pleaded guilty on Monday to killing his two friends in a drunk driving crash that crashed his truck into a local sporting goods store last summer — he will return to court on July 11 for sentencing and may face up to 50 years in prison. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ Kenosha man Mike Saleh Haswah, 41, already facing other criminal charges, appeared in court on Monday after being arrested May 2 for allegedly strangling a woman with a belt on April 25 and later punching her as his 16-year-old son allegedly watched and cleaned up the blood—bail was set at $50,000 and dismissed charges are expected to be refiled. - ➤ A Genoa City man, Adam A. Grasso, 33, was arrested after being apprehended in Jackson County and booked into Kenosha County Jail at 5:06 a.m. Monday, then appeared in court that afternoon + his bail was set at $25,000 cash. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ A 26-year-old Kenosha woman was in court yesterday on charges of assaulting her 61-year-old neighbor outside a duplex — her bail was set at $2,000 due to her past convictions. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ A Grayslake contractor, Ryan J. Roggy (43) was charged with two felony theft-by-contractor counts after he accepted large payments for home improvements that were never done, including over $14,000 for a Salem Lakes project and more than $114,000 for a Pleasant Prairie remodel, and he appeared in court on May 2.
