Mintern, was charged with felony first-degree recklessly endangering safety after allegedly leading police on a high-speed pursuit through Pleasant Prairie on May 6 — his vehicle nearly struck a police sergeant, and cash bail was set at $15,000 with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 14.
