Herrmann, appeared in court on Thursday on charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle after a May 7 crash at Sheridan Road and 85th Street fatally struck Amy Mosier and seriously injured Raven Lawrence — the court set his cash bail at $100,000 and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 20. Pleasant, appeared at Kenosha County Circuit Court on May 8—facing charges of stalking, criminal defamation, and felony bail jumping for allegedly harassing a former partner and was granted a signature bond despite missing a previous hearing, with a preliminary hearing set for May 20.
