- ➤ Two Milwaukee women appeared in Kenosha County court Monday on charges related to a nearly $2,000 theft spree at Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets—42-year-old Niesha D. Sinclair faces three felonies and two misdemeanors for alleged retail theft and device removal while 41-year-old Constance K.
