- ➤ Kenosha County received $700,000 in federal funds to improve water quality and restore habitat along the Pike River, as Congressman Bryan Steil announced on Friday. The grant will repair over 3,200 feet of eroded streambank and more than 5 acres of parkland at Petrifying Springs Park—work expected to finish this fall. Kenosha County Eye
