- ➤ Northside Library in Kenosha changed its hours on July 31 due to a broken air conditioning unit at 1500 27th Ave. Library officials said the new schedule will remain until repairs are complete and normal hours resume Aug. 15—staff and patrons will be updated if safety conditions change.
