- ➤ Northside Library in Kenosha changed its hours on July 31 due to a broken air conditioning unit at 1500 27th Ave. Library officials said the new schedule will remain until repairs are complete and normal hours resume Aug. 15—staff and patrons will be updated if safety conditions change. - ➤ Kenosha Police issued a $15,000 arrest warrant Wednesday for John Donell Jackson (19) from Florida who is wanted for burglary and theft at Blackhawk Tobacco on Roosevelt Road after months of investigation by Detective Daniel Wienke. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ A 21-year-old man from Zion, Illinois was charged on July 31 in Kenosha County Circuit Court for leading a high-speed chase that reached 108 mph, and he was set with ($40,000 cash bail) with a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 6. Kenosha County Eye
