- ➤ Mark B. Burns, 57, of Kenosha was charged with six criminal offenses after allegedly stealing Nike shoes from Kohl’s — striking an officer while resisting arrest and carrying a crack pipe, police said on August 4 at 4:21 p.m. Kenosha County Eye
- ➤ A 61-year-old Kenosha man, Jeffery W. Bradshaw, was charged with felony OWI after police said he struck a bicyclist while driving drunk Saturday afternoon — leaving the rider with severe injuries. Kenosha County Eye
