- ➤ A Burlington man—Matthew J. Mortensen, 47—was arrested in Kenosha County on July 23 for failing to appear in court for his fourth drunk driving case, posted bail reduced from $5,000 to $500, and faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 14. Kenosha County Eye
