  • Mark E. Tillis, a 44-year-old Chicago man, was arrested last week—he is now facing felony charges for allegedly using a stolen business check to open a bank account in Kenosha.  Kenosha County Eye
  • A Chicago man accused of stabbing a man outside the Kenosha train station in 2023 was declared incompetent to stand trial and now faces a second competency review after his re-arrest last week—ending nearly a year on the run.  Kenosha County Eye
  • A Burlington man—Matthew J. Mortensen, 47—was arrested in Kenosha County on July 23 for failing to appear in court for his fourth drunk driving case, posted bail reduced from $5,000 to $500, and faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 14.  Kenosha County Eye
