- ➤ UW Parkside announced yesterday that it will present a balanced budget for the next fiscal year beginning in July after a reorganization that resulted in four layoffs and plans to grow some school areas. Classes will begin Wednesday and the school expects a slight increase in new first year undergraduate students—measures that aim to support its future success. WGTD
