- ➤ Carthage College launched an annual 10-month program for budding entrepreneurs at the new Kenosha Innovation Center—offering Saturday classes, mentorship and help from business students, and targeting everyone from high school students to retirees. The program follows the nationwide Biz Starts curriculum to guide locals through the steps of starting a business. WGTD
