- ➤ County Executive Samantha Kerkman appointed Richard Ferrari Traner as Kenosha County's new health officer and director of Public Health, and he began serving on an interim basis Monday (his confirmation is scheduled for November 18th and he previously oversaw prevention with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families).
