- ➤ Eligible families can apply for aquatic center seasonal memberships + water safety classes at a 50% discount starting Dec. 1 due to a SC Johnson grant. Kenosha News
- ➤ The 1st Annual WGTD Full Plate Thanksgiving Benefit held Saturday at Union Park Tavern in Kenosha raised funds for both the Shalom Center and the Sharing Center, with $1,000 checks mailed to each center. Donations were collected from a donation box, bar till contributions and a five-hour performance by The Deadliners, Old Brown Shoes and Brent Mitchell — organizers thanked everyone for a successful night. - ➤ The City of Kenosha will host its Christmas tree lighting on November 28th at 2 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park featuring a drone light show over the harbor and a vendor market on Sixth Avenue—local youths will press the magic button to light the tree as shops extend their hours for the holiday celebration. - ➤ Kenosha County officials unveiled commemorative items—a courthouse book and an ornament—to mark the courthouse's 100-year history. Kenosha News
- ➤ The Kenosha Public Library will pilot new hours starting Jan. 1, 2026, with expanded Saturday times for its Uptown branches — a trial to assess improved service for local residents. Kenosha News
