- ➤ Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie declared snow emergencies as a powerful winter storm is expected to drop 6 to 12 inches of snow with wind gusts up to 25 mph; Kenosha’s emergency runs from 12 p.m. today until 7 a.m. Monday while Pleasant Prairie’s runs from 12 a.m. today until 12 p.m. Sunday. Officials warn residents to move vehicles to designated lots—vehicles on streets may be ticketed or towed—to keep main routes clear for plows. Kenosha County Eye
