A Kenosha mother, Heidi Tainter, and her 15-year-old daughter Brooklyn have set up a red Letters to Santa mailbox at 7927 22nd Avenue to gather children’s holiday wishes and drawings—each letter with a return address will get a handwritten reply from Santa and his elves.
The mailbox is open for letters through December 18 and the duo hopes it becomes a cherished local tradition.

A new law took effect on September 1 that limits vaping sales in Wisconsin to only e-cigarettes on the state's Electronic Vaping Device Directory—manufacturers had to pay $500 per product and show FDA review or approval, making many existing vape products illegal.
