- ➤ Congressman Bryan Steil and three lawmakers introduced a bill this week to ease FEMA rules that slow environmental projects in Wisconsin. The Floodplain Enhancement and Recovery Act aims to cut paperwork and costs for restoring floodplains, wetlands, and rivers (while keeping critical structures safe). WLIP
