  • On Dec. 10, state Rep. Angelina Cruz introduced a bill to require the state to meet its promise for reimbursing special education costs at public schools—Kenosha Unified faces a $3 million shortfall. The measure comes as districts continue to deal with uncertain funding.  WGTD
