- ➤ United Way of Kenosha County, the Mahone Foundation & BCU brightened the holiday season by distributing gifts to students at two local elementary schools this week. Kenosha News
- ➤ This week, middle school students from St. Joseph’s Middle School visited ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital — bringing holiday cheer to patients struggling with isolation. Their games, festive reading and art activities lifted spirits at the facility. TMJ-4
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Ordify AI, founded by Roger Lam, partners with UW-Parkside’s App Factory at the Kenosha Innovation Center to use a no-code AI platform for local business projects and student learning. Project development will begin early next year while summer engagement will help connect academic skills with real work. WGTD
- ➤ Gateway Technical College is accepting applications for a part-time board vacancy as a Kenosha County employee member & interested candidates must follow the published guidelines before applying. Kenosha News
- ➤ Wilmot Union High School students partnered with The Home Depot Racine for a safety training initiative that emphasized preparedness (a key to community safety) and built practical skills for emergencies. Kenosha News
