  • Kemper Center Inc is calling for immediate contract renewal talks as delays are creating operational issues with events booked ahead. County Executive Samantha Kerkman is exploring proposals from other groups, while the center, now led by a new president and board, will manage the park until its 2027 contract expires.  WGTD

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Residents at Westwood Estates in Pleasant Prairie say rising rent has made living harder as monthly bills now exceed $1,100 for many who once paid around $750. The Village Board renewed the park's license and required management to address maintenance issues and improve communication.  TMJ-4
